The doping level is determined by the charge neutrality: because the substituted Al is trivalent, the doping level is not changed unless the proportion of (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) is changed. Therefore, the number of the holes per unit volume is not changed by Al substitution, or even the number of the holes per Mn atom is little changed by small amount (Formula presented) of the substituted Al.
