    • The substrate temperature of the low-temperature film was -85 °C at the beginning of the deposition and rose to -40 °C by the end of the deposition (100 min elapsed time). We have chosen to define the substrate temperature of this film as -50 °C. All of the other films were held within 4 °C of the reported substrate temperature throughout the deposition. The temperature was monitored with two K-type thermocouples mounted directly on the sample plate.
