    • The numerical error in the intermediate scattering functions can be estimated by the amplitude of the imaginary part of the correlation function, which should (theoretically) be identically zero. In the data presented in this article, the imaginary part of the correlation function is in general less than 1%. Only at the lowest studied (Formula presented) and at the slowest decaying (Formula presented) vector, does the imaginary part for time longer than 10 ns go up to 0.03
