7. According to the procedure described in Ref. 6 we have determined the spring constant with an accuracy of ±20%. The precision of the resonance frequency measurements was ≈25 Hz, which gives the mass detection limit of ≈20 pg for a triangular cantilever and ≈15 pg for a rectangular cantilever.
