The magnetization of the film of type II and the thick film will be saturated at about 3 T. (see Ref. 11). The saturated Kerr ellipticity at 3 T is computed at 10% larger than the ellipticity at 1.88 T. In the estimation of the GaSb layer thickness, this increase is taken into account.
