13. Each data point in Fig. 4 is determined from an averaged I-V curve measured at a certain temperature. The absolute value of the threshold voltage fluctuates somewhat from one voltage scan to another, even if the temperature does not change. We attribute the deviations from the linear behavior, seen in Fig. 4, to these fluctuations.
