1. Although this study seeks to confirm or deny allegations that have been made about the Iranian nuclear program, the vast number of claims obviates the need to selectively address the allegations. Furthermore, the assessments made herein exclude the consequences of successful Iranian smuggling efforts, which are not addressed due to the lack of verifiable open-source information about the end-users of smuggling activities.
