13. Aggregating multiple criteria (or attributes) into a single super-function (like utility function) forms a single aggregate criterion and therefore does not pertain to decision-making as no tradeoffs along the same function (regardless of its complexity) are possible.
14. Even single ends can be improved through the reconfiguration of means, although no decision making is ever needed in single-end ‘decision making’ because there are no tradeoffs. Mere computation (measurement and search) is necessary and sufficient.
