13. Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) Entry into Force: The Entry into force of the CTBT requires the ratification of 44 states listed in Annex 2 of the Treaty. So far, 33 Annex 2 states have ratified but key states as United States, China, India, Israel, Pakistan, Iran, North Korea have not ratify it and do not seem willing to do it.
