7. Hospitals must attest to meeting the meaningful-use criteria for at least ninety days during the fiscal year in order to receive a payment for meaningful use. Therefore, even though our data contained all payments made through the end of calendar year 2012, we did not have data on payments for achieving meaningful use in fiscal year 2013.
