Eur Urol 2012; 62:55-63. This study provides encouraging outcomes of focal cryotherapy with intermediate follow-up period up to 8 years. Over 80% of this selected cohort for focal therapy had targeted-biopsy proven image-visible cancer to allow 3D cancer mapping of the index lesion for precise therapeutic target.
