    • The lattice mismatches are calculated by the conventional definition given by (CdS Lattice Parameter-FTO (or ITO) Lattice Parameter)/FTO (or ITO) Lattice Parameter.
    • Because CdS and FTO (or ITO) do not require the same lattice symmetry, majority lattice planes of CdS and FTO (or ITO) components (which are determined from XRD experiment in Fig. S2a-c) are used in the calculation of the lattice mismatches.
