Parameters of left ventricular and right ventricular diastolic function significantly and progressively worsened across the spectrum of dipping (extreme dippers, dippers, nondippers, and reverse dippers). Additionally, left ventricular and right ventricular structures were significantly more impaired in nondippers and reverse dippers than in the rest.
