    • In the latter work the effect of a magnetic field on the orbital motion of the electrons was considered. It was shown that for certain critical value of the external field the zero bias peak of the conductance is suppressed. In contrast, we study HERE the effect of a spin-splitting field which is either an intrinsic property of the F layer or was originated in a normal thin layer or wire in the presence of an external magnetic field. In the latter case orbital effects can be neglected when the applied field is parallel to the plane of the layer.
