The parameters for ESR measurements were as follows: magnetic field modulation width of 0. 03mT, microwave power of 1mW, time constants of 0. 1 and 0. 3 s. The g value and the number of spins were calibrated with a standard sample Mn2+. The ESR intensities in Figure 2 were also calibrated with Q values of ESR cavity
