Increased incidence of chronic graftversus-host disease (GVHD) and no survival advantage with filgastrimmobilized peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) compared to bone marrow (BM) transplants from unrelated donors: Results of Blood and Marrow Transplant Clinical Trials Network (BMT CTN) protocol 0201, a phase III prospective randomized trial

abstract 1. Early results of a large North American trial comparing unrelated donor PBSCs with bone marrow showed more GVHD with PBSCs and no differences in overall survival. Relatively short follow-up of this trial limits these conclusions
