Figure 4 of ref. 15 shows different specific heat data CP(T < 1K) of single crystal samples. In contrast, we checked that polycrystalline samples, prepared from Tb4O7 and Tb2O3 with a few annealing conditions, show almost the same CP(T < 1K).
