In Eq. (3.11) in the form for L the (k prime2+p2) in the denominator should be (k prime2-p2). In Eq. (3.14) the final term in the denominator should be Fr(k prime prime , λ ) (where k prime prime =k- μ ). In Eq. (4.1) the k2, k prime2 in the denominator should be deleted—these factors are implicitly in SF(k), SF(k prime ).
