    • In principle, the h(p,V) function can be arbitrarily chosen with the conditions of its monotonic behavior at any values of V and its transforming into the preliminary chosen h(p,V=0) function at equilibrium. The detailed form of the h(p,V) function might also be optimized using the results of atomistic modeling (like the molecular dynamics simulations) or the results from modeling on the atomic lengths and diffusive time scales (like the phase-field crystal modeling).
