J Neurol Sci 2009; 279:57-61. This is a report on a series of five patients treated with IV IgG. There is not a randomized, blinded trial of such therapy in Sjögren's syndrome, and none is likely forthcoming. Small case series are the best evidence available for treatment of neuropathy.
