    • Prednisone plus cabazitaxel or mitoxantrone for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer progressing after docetaxel treatment: A randomised open-label trial
    • This trial was the first to show a survival advantage of a second-line chemotherapy after the failure of first-line docetaxel in metastatic CRPC. Cabazitaxel is a novel taxane chemotherapy that is structurally similar to docetaxel
