JSLS 2010; 14:217-220. This study reported the use of endoscopic plication with Stomaphyx to reverse gastric pouch and gastrojejunal anastomosis dilation in patients with weight regain after gastric bypass. Along with weight loss, patients saw improvement in dumping syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux.
