In the 2007 Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations
-
In the 2007 Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Medical Staff Standards, special emphasis is placed on interpersonal and communication skills and the professional. See JCAHO MS.4.10. It is also important to keep in mind that physician leadership training programs, which all hospitals should provide, should include modules on disruptive behavior since these problems seem to be on the rise.
