    • We have also performed calculations on 4MP monolayer in √7× √7 R19° configuration for Au(111)/UPD-Ag and Ag(111) unreconstructed surfaces (as another common configuration used for thiol adsorption on Ag surfaces). Our calculations indicate through the obtained surface free energy that the √3× √3 R30° is a more stable configuration for 4MP monolayer on Au(111)/UPD-Ag and Ag(111).
    • We have also performed calculations on 4MP monolayer in √7× √7 R19° configuration for Au(111)/UPD-Ag and Ag(111) unreconstructed surfaces (as another common configuration used for thiol adsorption on Ag surfaces). Our calculations indicate through the obtained surface free energy that the √3× √3 R30° is a more stable configuration for 4MP monolayer on Au(111)/UPD-Ag and Ag(111).
