28. P at x=0 in the grain boundary plane, but used a value of x=15Å, comparable to the a-b plane coherence length. This is physically reasonable as thermal excitation will allow the vortex to explore the vicinity of the boundary plane. The results do not depend sensitively on the choice of x.
