The survey sample for this study is a nationally representative panel survey that includes oversamples of blacks, Latinos, Asians, and young people ages eighteen to thirty-five. One-third of the Latino respondents came from Spanish language-dominant homes who received the questionnaire in Spanish. The questionnaire was administered through Knowledge Networks.
