Our procedure is similar to the reordered SU(3) chiral series technique suggested in Mojzis and Kambor, Phys. Lett. B 476, 344 (2000) in which certain bare parameters are replaced with physical values. For "bare" here read "chirally extrapolated" and for "physical" read "measured closest to the chiral limit."
