    • We also investigated any possible difference in hydrophocity between nanogels 1 and 2 by preparing films and performing contact angle measurements using the sessile drop technique. We did not observe any significant variation with the cross-link density. In a forthcoming systematic study, we will focus again on such a possible difference but instead using the pendant drop technique. (THF will be replaced by another solvent that is immiscible with water.)
