In their compilation of electronic transport properties of semiconductors Ioffe and Regel' [17] emphasize that one should not apply the conductivity formula derived from lowest-order scattering theory (Drude's formula), once the mean-free path entering the formula becomes comparable with (or smaller than) the De-Broglie wavelength. In this paper nothing about wave localization can be found.
