note
-

Barre, Vermont, us Blomberg says he recently clocked at 94 dB despite the fact that the speaker was taped over, as if to try to blunt the volume, he says. But the latest technologies are more discreet, says Dave Yanchulis, an accessibility specialist with the Access Board, an independent federal agency that develops accessibility guidelines and standards under the Americans With Disabilities Act and other laws.
