14. Synthesis of 1: A solution of (HNBu3)3[W(CN)8] (256.0 mg, 0.25 mmol) in 5 mL MeCN was added to a mixture of MnCl2·4H2O (99.0 mg, 0.50 mmol), hmpH (109.0 mg, 0.50 mmol) in 15 mL MeCN. The suspension was kept stirring for 1 h, resulting in brown-white precipitate and brown solution. The solution was left to stand in dark for 2 weeks to obtain brown crystals in block form of 1. Anal. Calcd. (%) for C64H66Cl2Mn4N24O13W2: C, 37.72; H, 3.26; N, 16.50. Found: C, 37.78; H, 3.41; N, 16.38. Selected IR data (KBr cm-1): 2169, 2155, 2136 (υ-CN).
15. Crystal data of 1 (C64H66Cl2Mn4N24O13W2): Fw = 2037.77, triclinic, P-1, a = 13.878(2), b = 16.375(3), c = 17.777(3) Å, α = 88.784(3), β = 89.269(4), γ = 76.562(3) deg., V = 3928.1(12) Å3, D = 1.723 g/cm3, μ = 3.681 mm-1, GOF = 1.073, R1 = 0.0830, wR2 = 0.1402 [I > 2σ(I)].
