    • The mesas, in which resonance terahertz emission was detected in Ref., were fabricated on the top of bulk crystals. In this case, the dominating dissipation channel is leaking of radiation into the base crystal (Ref.). Stability analysis in this case is more complicated and we are not doing it in this paper.
