    • The surface density N Pt Max of a nanorod formed from pure Pt in the same size CNT is used as the normalization constant. The N Pt Max values for pure Pt in (10,10) and (20,20) CNTs have been calculated to be 8.53 nm-2 and 11.94 nm-2, respectively.
