    • There is disagreement as to whether the observed vacancy energy level is a double (Ref.) or single acceptor (Ref.). Nevertheless the most recent results (Ref.) regarding this energy level places it at Ev +0.13eV, making the vacancy negative at 200 K regardless in our case.
