35. Annealing procedure in oxygen gas/vacuum is expected to compensate/introduce oxygen vacancies. We have tried several annealing procedures (varying annealing temperatures, times, and gas species) for our single-crystal sample, however, the annealing procedure was turned out not to be effective as the chemical doping/compensative procedure.
