    • In the four-band model in Ref., the (π,π ) fluctuation favors the d x2 - y2 -wave pairing, not s± wave. The difference comes from inclusion of the d3 z2 - r2 orbital. As shown in Fig. , the presence of d3 z2 - r2 -orbital component near the Fermi level suppresses the d x2 - y2 -wave pairing due to the high density of states.
