8. We have repeated these calculations with a coherent treatment of the interdot coupling and with internal coherences included in the density-matrix ρ (t). For T Γ, γ, the results are in close agreement with those from the rate equation approach. This validates the use of this simpler approach in the experimentally relevant regime.
