Diffraction intensity data were collected on a SMARTCCD area-detector diffractometer at 291 K using graphite monochromatic MoKa radiation (λ = 0.71073 Å). Data reduction and cell refinement were performed by SMART and SAINT Programs. The structures were solved by direct methods (Bruker SHELXTL) and refined on F2 by full-matrix least squares (Bruker SHELXTL) using all unique data. Crystal Data for [Cu2L] Cl2.5H2O: Cu2C38H70N12Cl4O7, M=1075.9. Tricinic, space group P-1, Z=2, a = 11.094(3) Å, b = 15.224(4) Å, c = 19.228(3) Å, α = 77.149(3)β = 87.755(4)γ = 89.963(2)°, V = 3161.6(1) Å3, μ(Mo- Kα) = 0.972 mm-1, T = 273 K. R1 = 0.0671, wR2 = 0.1293, S = 1.06 [I > 2σ(I)]. CCDC Reference Number CCDC 618699.
