Note that when using the Wang-Landau method as a direct estimate of the density of states to be used for computing thermal expectation values, due to the non-Markovian nature of the algorithm there is currently no known approach of reliably estimating the present statistical fluctuations apart from repeating the whole calculation a certain number of times.
