    • According to absorption measurements shown in Fig. S4, UTX-40 mainly formed SNARF(L) in medium with serum The localization of deprotected UTX-40 or SNARF-OAM, that is SNARF, was confirmed by a multistaining procedure (Fig. S7a-j). These experiments demonstrated that SNARF was localized mainly in mitochondria and cytosol. These results were consistent with previous reports (ref. 3a)
