    • Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof generalized gradient approximation of the density functional theory. We use a 12×12×12 k-point sampling and the Blöchl's tetrahedron integration method. We set Ecut-off =300 eV and we choose the convergence criteria for energy of 10-5 eV.
