    • 2As were prepared in this lab. Stoichiometric amouts of these compounds, either directly mixed or individually ball-milled, were thoroughly ground in an agate mortar in a glove-box filled with high-purity Ar gas, then were hand-pressed to form pellets ∼ 10 mm in diameter. The vacuum-sealed tubes with pellets were directly inserted into a hot furnace and sintered at the desired temperature for a certain time, and then were directly removed from the furnace and cooled down in air to room temperature. Details of sample preparation and physical measurements are given in the Supporting Information.
