    • The CCK4 moiety being crucial for receptor binding, it seems difficult to modify this sequence by introduction of D-aminoacid to enhance the short biological half-life. Methylation of the nitrogen of the Trp-Nle peptide bond should be a solution to prevent proteolysis.
