    • By combining 14-3-3 affinity chromatography with yeast two-hybrid analyses the authors identified more than 150 putative 14-3-3 targets in barely leaves. Whereas most of the proteins catured by means of the in vitro technique are metabolic enzymes, the in vivo strategy yielded a bulk of signal mediators.
