    • Solubilization is a low kinetic process in absence of stirring. Thus to calculate the ethylene solubility in a solvent we charged the reactor with ethylene pressure without stirring and we recorded the pressure and temperature until the equilibrium under stirring. The difference in density between the initial step and the equilibrium gave us the solubilization of ethylene. Identical solubilities were estimated for toluene and THF
