As will be discussed further in Section 4, infra, however, "TWAILI" and "TWAILII" are frequently used to refer to "generations" of Third World scholarship as well as the fi rst TWAIL conferences. The third TWAIL conference at Albany Law School was specifically entitled TWAILIII.
