28. It should be noticed that the users of EB may live in different parts of the world corresponding to different time zones. The knowledge of the country of registration allowed us to report all time stamps to same time zone. In the case of countries, such as US or India, for example, in which multiple time zones may coexist, time stamps may be affected by an error of 4-5 h.
