    • This estimation is based on four-point conductivity measurements and AFM determination of the thickness of polymeric film deposited onto glass slide. The sheet resistance of the polymeric film is above 100 MΩ/square, which is the upper limit of our instrument capabilities. Therefore, we conclude the sheet resistance must be higher than 100 MΩ/square. The thickness of the polymeric film determined by AFM is ca. 500 nm.
