These two papers give about 30% different values of the constant alpha for σ = α times 1/ λ2. For consistency with our earlier papers, here we use the constant alpha derived by Pincus et al. after modifying it for the triangular lattice. The choice of this constant does not affect the overall argument of the present paper.
