    • DATASYNC software is available from Paul Bryant (email: pbryant@ucsd.edu). Software can be compiled and run on PC, Mac, or Linux/Unix. It supports some advanced features including use of multiple datasets and multiple trials, ability to generate its own simulated data to test and to use different time steps for data and model. It includes support for driven systems and includes neuron models with a time-dependent injected current. It can also calculate Lyapunov exponents and Lyapunov direction vectors.
